We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain relationships with carriers to meet company needs.

- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to optimize profitability.

- Manage and monitor carrier performance to ensure service quality.

- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate freight movements.

- Utilize industry knowledge to identify and onboard new carriers.

- Stay updated with market trends and pricing strategies.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in carrier sales or a similar role within the logistics industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $79,910.00 - $94,095.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Logistics: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Fresno, CA 93722 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
