Regal Professional Services is hiring a Bilingual Manufacturing Representative for a meat manufacturing company in Euless, TX.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday – Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm): $45k - $60k
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries
- Gain and maintain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells
- Ensure that the corporate mission and values are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience within a food (meat) distributor and/or manufacturing setting
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
