Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Northern Colorado
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-development
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Compensation: Commission + Base
