Direct Travel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful changes within our service delivery operations by analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing processes. Expedition Expectations
- Partner with stakeholders, including service delivery agents, operations managers, and clients, to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Ensure clarity in documentation to guide system and process changes.
- Analyze service delivery metrics to uncover trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and tackle performance issues.
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide insights into operational efficiency.
- Lead projects aimed at boosting customer satisfaction, enhancing accuracy, and improving operational speed.
- Work closely with tech teams to implement system enhancements, with a focus on automation and innovation.
- Act as the bridge between service delivery teams, technology experts, and leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive clear communication through workshops, meetings, and regular updates on project progress and results.
- Manage and oversee key projects to improve operational performance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Passport to Success
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a similar role within the travel industry
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, influence decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in solving complex business challenges.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- In-depth experience working with Travel Management Company (TMC) teams to improve service and operational processes.
