Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text/chat in a timely and professional manner.
Daily Office tasks to include report generation, marketing assistance and sales support.
Maintaining a working knowledge of internal systems used in assisting customers with account information, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
Meeting and exceeding production goals for Home, Life, Auto, and Commercial Liability sales.
Involvement with team community service projects and professional networking events.
Willingness to listen and continue to be coachable at all levels of tenure.
Maintaining confidentiality of customer records and conversations while updating documentation.
Collaborating with Agency Owner and Sales team to cultivate new revenue opportunities and office efficiencies.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiencies with technology including Outlook, Excell, Word and database management.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Empathy and a genuine investment in customer's trust in our products and services during and after a loss.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Proficiency in working with outside departments to resolve escalated customer needs.
Availability to occasional work offside during office hours or weekends.
