Job Description

*Location: Must be in the West Region*

This position will be accountable for the partnership of the Warehouse and Scheduler along with all finished goods inventory responsibilities at the site.

The full-time position with benefits will work a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday. The admin position will report to the Performance Manager.

Responsabilities

Create and own purchase order requests
Invoice and payment tracking
Communicate effectively with outside vendors and state municipalities
Own the submission and tracking of various Business Licenses throughout the region
Support in booking travel for frontline employees
Ensure trackers are updated in a timely manner

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

No performance issues within the last year for attendance or performance
Excellent Computer and Analytical Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, DRP)
History in payables ad invoice reconciliation.
Must reside within the West Region

Requirements:

High School Diploma or greater required
Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc)
Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
Ability to interact with all people (Team Members & Outside Vendors)
Professional, punctual, and impeccable attendance record
Strong Communication and Organization Skills
Intellectual Curiosity
Team Player / Works Well with others
Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Multi-Task in a fast-paced environment
