Position Overview:
As an In Home Sales Representative at AVCO Roofing, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. This position is commission-only, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals. We are seeking candidates who are not only committed to personal growth but are also dedicated to contributing to the expansion and success of AVCO Roofing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales consultations to understand customers' roofing needs and present customized solutions.
- Educate customers on AVCO Roofing's products, services, and value proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to generate leads and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Uphold AVCO's core values in all interactions with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in in-home sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Familiarity with roofing industry products and services is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
