Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct In-Home Consultations

2. Personalized Service Presentations
- Present A+ CARE LLC’s home care offerings, clearly explaining how services meet specific client needs.
- Address any questions or objections, offering empathy and reassurance to prospective clients and their families.
3. Sales and Closing
- Use proven sales techniques to guide potential clients toward the most suitable care plan.
- Close sales confidently while emphasizing the benefits of selecting A+ CARE LLC as their trusted care provider.
4. Relationship Building
- Build trust with clients and families, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism.
- Maintain follow-up communications to support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
5. Market Analysis and Lead Generation

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
