We are seeking a motivated and friendly part-time Sales Representative to join our team! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to residential clients throughout Polk County, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for creating safe, beautiful spaces around our clients’ homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
Travel to potential clients’ locations for on-site consultations.
Create detailed quotes and proposals based on the client’s needs.
Follow up with leads to close sales and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel locally to leads’ locations (must have reliable transportation).
Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients create their dream outdoor space.
Basic understanding of fence types and installation processes (preferred, but not required – we’ll provide training).

Compensation:

This position is commission-based, earning 3% to 5% on all closed sales, as well as gas expenses. With our wide range of fencing solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work flexibly and earn based on performance.
