Position: Clinical Liaison (Registered Nurse Required)
My client is seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison in the Norfolk, VA area, focusing on business development. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in home infusion is a must.
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture business relationships to drive growth in the healthcare sector.
Act as a liaison between healthcare facilities and the organization.
Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value of the services provided.
Demonstrate strong understanding of home infusion practices and procedures.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification is essential.
Prior experience in home infusion is required.
Strong business development skills with a focus on relationship building.
Excellent communication and "people" skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Training:
6-week training program consisting of virtual sessions, study materials, and field training.
