We are a fast paced printing manufacturer, which requires attention to detail, a positive attitude and an ability to quickly resolve issues.

Job Duties

  • Entering orders, following up with customer about their order progress
  • Responding to general inquiries about products, pricing, orders
  • Creating shipping labels / packing slips
  • Providing excellent customer service to our valuable customers

Skills and Job Requirements

  • An individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic;
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to focus and prioritize tasks without distractions;
  • Ability to add to and succeed in a team environment;
  • Punctual and reliable;
  • Attention to accuracy;
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new software;
  • Must have your own transportation
  • Bilingual in French written and oral an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer relationship management: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
