We are seeking a high-energy, self-directed individual who will deliver a positive and professional experience to our Customers and provide exceptional support to our Sales staff. We need someone who can handle multiple tasks with ease, problem solve, and deliver strong attention to detail. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, Sales Assistant will provide day to-day administrative support for the Front Office and Showroom. This position is crucial in maintaining smooth operational work flow, allowing Management and the Sales Team to concentrate on sales, Members and Prospects, and Vendor relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity to get into the Wholesale Home Improvement field. Previous experience in assisting a sales team is helpful, but not required. This position has potential to become a full time account management position. The candidate must have good follow-up skills and a strong attention to detail to be considered.
Other requirements for the position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to courteously answer telephone calls and write business correspondence
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet communications software
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data as well as calculate figures and amounts (discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages)
- Computer savvy

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
