Position Overview
We are seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator who will be a valued member of Flagship Pioneering's internal Talent Acquisition team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR staff to develop and execute hiring plans and projects. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, articulate, quick to grasp business needs, a team player, an excellent written and oral communicator, and eager to learn. This position requires up to 5 days weekly in-person at headquarters in Cambridge, MA. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Flagship Pioneering stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with candidate information and status updates.
- Host candidates at HQ during in person interviews
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years coordinator experience in a fast paced work environment.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in using Greenhouse required.
- Team player. Able to contribute to the overall goals of the team.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- Availability to be in person, at HQ located in Cambridge MA, up to 5 days weekly
