Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Identify and prospect potential business clients in the San Antonio area.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored ICS solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase ICS’s value.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or inside sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing accounts and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
