Organic Light, a black-owned solar sales company, is seeking driven individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the rapidly expanding solar industry. What You'll Do:

- Learn & Grow: Our comprehensive training program will take you from zero solar experience to a successful solar sales professional in as little as 90 days. You’ll gain expert knowledge of the industry and the tools needed to thrive.

- Educate Homeowners: Engage with homeowners in the field, educate them about the many benefits of solar energy, and dispel common misconceptions. You’ll help them understand how solar can save money with no out-of-pocket costs.

- Qualify Solar Homes & Set Appointments: You’ll identify solar-viable homes, generate interest, and set appointments for our solar specialists to provide personalized consultations.

- Attend Training & Ride-Alongs: Gain hands-on experience by attending in-person training sessions and joining ride-alongs on prospective sales appointments.

- Build a Customer Network: Through referrals, networking, and your exceptional rapport-building skills, you’ll grow your client base.

What We Offer:

- High Earnings Potential: Start your career with a clear path to six-figure earnings. Solar Professionals employed with us can expect to make $100k–$150k annually, with top reps earning over $225k+.

- Uncapped Commission & Bonuses: With uncapped commission potential, the sky’s the limit for your income. Plus, you can earn up to $7,000 in bonus money over your first 7 weeks!

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with homeowners. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

- A positive, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.

- Eagerness to learn and apply new skills – a student mentality is key!

- Ability to work outdoors, walk long distances, and be comfortable working weekends

- Reliable transportation is preferred but not required, along with strong communication skills via phone, text, and email.

- A strong drive to succeed, and a sense of purpose.
