To expand our efforts in helping our community and achieving our communication partners’ expansion goals, we are searching for an Verizon Sales Associate to join our rapidly growing, energetic team.
Our team of Verizon Sales Associate collaborates through direct community outreach to inform and educate community members on any benefits they might be eligible for. The ideal Verizon Sales Associate should be incredibly comfortable interacting with people directly to enlighten them about their eligible benefits properly. The Verizon Sales Associate is the perfect role for someone to combine their love of community outreach while also developing their professional skills in a fast-paced environment.
The Verizon Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Increase community awareness of available promotions and benefits through personalized in-person interactions
- Qualify eligible customers to receive government-sponsored telecommunications benefits and verify confidential customer information
- Meet directly with eligible customers and interact pleasantly and professionally while being informative about their potential benefits
- Record and maintain all customer information accurately and promptly
- Enhance our communication partner’s reputation by using excellent customer service and support skills
- Participate in classroom training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of our community outreach, customer support, and enrollment tactics, as well as to stay up-to-date knowledge of products and services and apply it to all community outreach efforts
Verizon Sales Associate Requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in direct sales, Customer Service, or Client Facing
- Willingness to learn about community outreach and our efforts to make a difference
- Ability to build rapport with customers by actively listening and being a proactive Entry Level Sales Representative
- Strong desire to continuously learn and develop professional skills
- Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Clifton, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
