Hirshfield's Inc, a family owned, MN based, fourth generation Paint company is seeking a Sales Representatives for the Rochester MN territory. This person initiate and manage relationships with customers and serve as the point of contact for the Company in the greater Rochester area. This position will be responsible for growing a paint sales territory that focuses primarily on the Wholesale market segment and supports our stores. In this position, you will secure new wholesale accounts while maintaining existing customer accounts. You will utilize professional selling tools for pre-call planning and documenting sales calls. You'll develop a territory market strategy, as well as conduct product demonstrations and competitive product comparisons.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- at a Minimum : 3 Years of previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate, present, and negotiate with customers

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships

- Must have valid driver license and must have acceptable MVR

- Must be able to see color

- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion

- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish

- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
