Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Foreman in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will play an essential role in leading our project teams to success. This role requires a strong leader who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively across team levels, and ensures each project is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

As a Senior Foreman, you will be tasked with executing various project in your responsible area. You will be trusted to organize daily tasks, manage on-site workforce, oversee project bill of materials, and ensure completion to design requirements.

Key Competencies

Electrical Competence: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components. Knowledge in solar microinverter and string systems, battery storage systems, and DC fast charger systems would be considered an asset.
Self Motivated: Can identify tasks that require completion and complete them autonomously. Continuously looks to improve and optimize internal processes.
Accountability: Take complete ownership of projects from start to finish, fostering a culture of responsibility and reliability.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between field teams and management, clearly conveying project details and ensuring smooth information flow.
Resource Management: Can identify the most efficient way to complete tasks. Displays proficiency in material management and digital reporting.
Safety and Financial Focus: Uphold safety protocols while maintaining financial performance and achieving project outcomes.

Qualifications

Journeyperson Electrician certificate
5+ Years of foreman experience for electrical related projects
Drivers license and personal vehicle
