Develop and update Financial forecast inputs aligned with Sales leadership
Create and inform Supply Chain Management on outbound volume implications of Sales strategy & Financial forecast
Support Sales leadership & Key Account Rep in account planning, sales tracking, order integration, and reporting
Analyze Clearance results & trends; recommend actions to maximize sales, margin, and turn for Clearance inventory by account
Manage and improve Clearance sales tools including clearance viability, pricing, deal forecasting, account package documents, and sales monitoring
Execute all Clearance channel reporting & analysis; managing historical data pulls, data enrichment, and creation of channel plans to support Clearance initiatives
Lead and implement Clearance customer pricing & PO’s to ensure seamless order execution & efficient integration
Partner with Sales Development to improve Wholesale tools & processes to provide accurate Clearance availability, pricing, and order integration
Own Early Price Reduction execution & Wholesale Other pricing support
Monitor Clearance policy compliance and generate local/global policy recaps
Collaborate with Finance & Inventory teams on Clearance sales scenario planning, obsolescence release achievement and excess health analysis
Oversee Clearance contract compliance; track, report, and manage records on contractual obligations to ensure annual fulfilment
Deliver cohesive reporting, precise data inputs, and recommendations to assist in overall Clearance business decision making
Provide clear communication and concise briefs to ensure understanding with business leaders on Clearance performance & forecasts
Develop strong working relationships with internal cross functional partners
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Ability to access data from a variety of database structures and create comprehensive reporting for Wholesale Sales, Finance & internal business partners
Advanced understanding of financial metrics, business acumen, and retail math
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with reporting systems/applications (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Access, Databricks, SAP & SQL)
Excellent planning and organization skills, resulting in the ability to meet critical deadlines and make calculated recommendations off limited information
Problem-solving ability to quickly identify and inform business according to changing internal or external market conditions
Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task to complete objectives on a tight timeline
Self-motivated to take on and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to portray a confident and winning attitude in challenging business interactions
Ability to be in the Portland office minimum 3 days a week/not a remote position
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
Financial Planning or Retail Planning experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
