Merchandising Partners Inc., a subsidiary of Innovative Companies Inc. is a growing specialty manufacturing company focused on the Point of Purchase Display market. The Company works with large and small consumer brands and other display companies to create displays that will help highlight and market consumer goods and services.

The Sales Representative will serve as the sales and accounts representative to select existing accounts and will mainly be responsible for bringing in new accounts. In this role you will be responsible for increasing sales by growing and maintaining the customer base and relationships. The Sales Representative will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include:

· Accountable to achieve sales revenue, volume, and distribution objectives. Explains and demonstrates our products and services to inquiring customers. Work with the General Manager generating quotes, product pricing, and lead times.

· Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities and customer service needs. Conduct face to face visits out in the field.

· Collaborate with the General Manager that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.

· Research the potential market and prospect opportunities creating a new business pipeline.

· Promote and sell custom displays for the retail environment along with fabrication solutions and parts for consumer and commercial products in various markets.

· Work with General Manager with current customers and suppliers to adapt to the growing needs of the company and understanding product flow.

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as a Sales Representative with new business development skills handling the full sales cycle.

· Preferable experience in the point of purchase display industry.

· Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow.

· Ability to work in an active team selling environment where priorities are continually changing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
