Welcome to Syncron-EMS LLC - Member of SERO EMS, a global player within the Contract Manufacturing Industry with a revenue of $250 million and 1,200 employees across 4 countries: Germany, Slovakia, the Netherlands and the USA.
The Syncron facility utilizes new state-of-the-art SMT equipment, automated laser etching, SPI, AOI, Vacuum reflow, fully automated in-line ICT and FCT, and automated depaneling.
Our technology roadmap includes factory 4.0 integration and automation, transitioning Syncron into a technology leader in advanced automated electronic assembly.
Syncron is active in markets including Industrial, Medical, IoT and Automotive, offering services from PCBA up to full box build.
Over the last 2 years, significant investments have been made to serve our current and future customer base with the highest possible service levels possible. We are continuously expanding our staff to keep up with Syncron’s growth pace.
Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports To: Vice President
Roles & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Manage and further develop assigned accounts; research prospective customers.
- Prospecting by cold calling.
- Contact customers or prospects regularly; directly or indirectly leading to future contracts.
- Provide quotations and support to potential customers. Requote as needed.
- Document progress and client interactions; communicate information to superiors.
- Make and maintain account plans.
- Develop plans and sales strategies.
- Provide high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Liaison between target customer and organization.
- Any other reasonable tasks necessary to assure a success of current business as well as company growth.
- Working closely with the Group’s Sales and BD lead as well as with our 3rd party sales agency.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 6 years' experience in electronic or contract manufacturing sales experience, or similar.
- Working knowledge of the electronics industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Determined and self-motivated.
Training:
- There are no special training requirements; however, training will be provided as determined by company business growth.
Working Conditions:
- Required to travel within North America. Travel outside the U.S. as needed.
- Additional work hours may be requested to include weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Mostly requires sitting and working on computer and phone.
- Ability to regularly lift and or move up to 10lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Supervisor Duties:
- There are no direct reports for this position.
Compensation TBD based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Experience:
