Pitcher is one of the world's leading SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) providers of sales enablement software. The software allows sales reps to present relevant sales content and information to customers in an optimal, interactive and real-time way, using existing systems and platforms (e.g. CRM), with the aim of making the sale as efficient and smooth as possible. Available since 2011, the sales enablement app is used in 140 countries. Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries use pitchers to build customer loyalty and performance. For our Sales & Marketing Team we are looking for a


Director, Content Marketing (US based)


Position Overview:


The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in content creation across a range of media and inbound/outbound lead generation skills. This role requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Strategy & Creation: Determine the company content strategy and produce effective materials for Sales, Marketing, and Technology leaders in a selection of business sectors. Content includes video, sales presentations, white papers, case studies, blogs, press releases, web content, Google Ads, LinkedIn sponsored posts, and email sequences. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO.1. Content Distribution: Implement content distribution strategies across multiple channels to drive awareness. Monitor content performance and adjust distribution strategies as needed.

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Leverage your content to drive lead generation and support the customer journey at each stage of the sales funnel.

  • Content Optimization: Continuously optimize content performance by analyzing metrics and user feedback. Use A/B testing and other tactics to refine content strategies and improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Proven experience in content marketing within the software industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
  • HubSpot and WordPress Proficiency
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
