A janitorial distributor located in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Rep/ Customer Service SpecialistSchedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: 8am-5pm
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour
Essential Job Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and the sales team.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and address further inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports.
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales support
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test
