Title-Campaign Manager

Pay Rate $38/hr – 43/hr on W2 No Benefits.
Location : Draper, Utah area (Hybrid – 3 days in office 2 days WFH)

What you'll be doing
- Create and execute impactful campaigns and events to drive pipeline, ensuring coverage for each sales segment
- Collaboratively work with sales, SDRs, channel marketers, creative, and web teams to execute polished end-to-end campaigns from ad creative to demo.
- Efforts may include digital, email, account-based strategy, sales development cadences, webinars, content syndication, email, direct mail, 6sense, and more.
- This role may include participating in marketing-related events, including representing at trade shows and other activities as needed, researching events, pre and post-event marketing, booking and setting up for events, arranging travel, and overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets.
- Track and report on campaign performance and utilize that data to develop and optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and sales development leaders to ensure appropriate prioritization and enablement for effective follow-up on integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop, write, and test Outreach sequences for campaign follow-up to ensure we are getting the most from each of our marketing campaigns and activities
- Partner with marketing operations to ensure effective lead flow and tracking through Marketo and Salesforce
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization
- The ability and desire to travel at least once a month
- Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics
- Experience working with SDRs and direct sales teams
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Proven success in conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales success
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
- B2B Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $43.00 per hour
Schedule:
