Job Posting: Inside Sales Representative

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – overtime as needed.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing information on ordering policies and procedures to all accounts. The primary responsibilities include monitoring your sales email, processing purchase orders, handling credits for designated accounts and assisting with the main phone line. The successful candidate will work well in a team and environment and have exceptional customer service phone skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries from our accounts.

· Complete daily call list to ensure accounts are submitting orders on time.

· Review and respond to customer emailed purchase orders submitted via our sales email.

· Manually enter customer purchase orders and monthly promotions within our Microsoft 365 database.

· Process various automated purchase orders in our database, ensuring accurate processing.

· Enter and process short shipped and pricing-based credits in Microsoft 365.

· Monitor various chats with your designated outside sales representative to assist with requests.

· Provide support to “house” accounts by recommending monthly promotions and relaying vendor and product information when requested.

· Monitor Microsoft Teams, respond to inquiries on our designated customer service channel.

· Work closely with your team members to complete you day to day team tasks.

· Coordinate with our 3 warehouses and relay any changes and updates on the warehouse team’s channel.

· Work collaboratively with all other departments members to create a well-organized and inclusive atmosphere.

Skills:

· Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities while remaining calm and collected.

· Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

· Experience with Microsoft Teams and Business 365 Database is an asset.

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
