Job Description
Alpha Media – Moberly, MO is seeking a Part-Time Digital Sales Assistant who will assist the Senior Digital Sales Consultant in all aspects of the sales process. This position will be responsible for generating creative for over 50 monthly digital campaigns, processing monthly co-op requests, and communicating with the Customer Success Team to ensure all campaigns launch as expected.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks. Must be familiar with the creative process and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent communication and people skills and have a positive and professional demeanor. We will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Alpha Media is a diverse multimedia company that focuses on building partnerships through performance-based campaigns/strategies that are meant to meet a client’s goals in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Create Ads (brainstorm with sales consultant) for over 50 monthly campaigns (ads are planned out for the year when possible).
- Banner/Video/Audio ad production.
- Audio-converting radio ads to digital audio, find music bed, or request an ad through our third-party vendors.
- Management of ad schedule.
- Communicate with the CS Team to submit ads and confirm placement.
- Assist with monthly Co-op by collecting screenshots/invoices and sending them to the Ad Agency.
- Ensure campaigns are in TapClicks within 5 days of the campaign start date
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements of this position include the following:
- A minimum of two years of creative experience.
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment. Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
- Experience with industry-standard creative software.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
- Prior industry experience.
