OEM Sales
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven OEM Sales to expand and manage our OEM client base. As an OEM Sales, you will be responsible for devising and executing sales strategies, building long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Responsibilities:
Prospect new OEM clients and maintain existing client relationships.
Develop and execute OEM sales strategies to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
Coordinate internal department resources to meet client needs and deliver excellent service.
Track and report on sales performance regularly, and provide market feedback to improve sales strategies.
Manage contract negotiation processes to ensure terms align with company interests and policies.
Attend industry trade shows and events to enhance company visibility and influence in the OEM market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of OEM sales experience, with a track record of successful sales performance and client management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and commercial insight.
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of market trends and competitors.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English.
