Account Manager /Inside Sales Professional
This position is at ProSource of New England in Woburn, MA. ProSource’s mission is to help our trade professionals and their customers complete successful flooring, kitchen and bath projects. As an Account Manager (Inside Sales Professional), you will help other businesses tap into the growth solutions that ProSource can provide.

You will be paid a competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus commissions and monthly bonus opportunities. What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring, cabinets and countertops.
- Proactively (and consistently) reach out to trade pros that are not currently doing business with ProSource – help them understand how ProSource works, what separates us from their competition, and how they can grow their business through membership.
- Build a working knowledge of your members’ or your prospects’ business, growth goals, and their current projects so you can provide solutions for them.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients.
- Stay current on top-of-the-industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news by leveraging our extensive training opportunities, including online and classroom training, and vendor reps and events.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with information about your members and prospects.
- Build strong partnerships with the showroom team.
You might be a great match if you have:
- A High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus
- At least 2 years of face-to-face product sales experience
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Wholesale sales or flooring/kitchen & bath experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
