Job Description:

As a Sales Executive specializing in interior design services, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and promoting our innovative design solutions across Canada. In addition to your extensive sales experience, you will leverage your expertise in CRM software, particularly Go High Level, to optimize our sales processes and enhance customer engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for sales with your knowledge of interior design and CRM technology to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the Canadian and USA market.
  • Utilize your expertise in interior design to understand client needs and preferences, offering tailored design solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Leverage Go High Level CRM software to streamline sales workflows, manage leads, and track customer interactions effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our interior design services and the benefits of partnering with our company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the Canadian & USA market.
  • Experience in the interior design industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of design principles and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Go High Level, with the ability to customize workflows and automate processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
