Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Representative within our company. The Inside Sales Representative will undertake daily responsibilities including delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer contentment, fostering leads, and overseeing accounts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and account management
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Capability to establish and nurture customer relationships
Driven by goals and self-motivated
Experience within the steel industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience; must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
