As an entry-level role, the Customer Service and Sales Representative will be equipped with comprehensive sales training and resources to successfully perform responsibilities, maximize sales performance, and drive growth for our brand partners.

Customer Service and Sales Representative Requirements:
- Identify appropriate prospects and guide them through the sales process
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits related to customer needs
- Achieve sales goals by following a defined sales process in accordance with our brand partner’s policies
- Ability to offer knowledgeable service recommendations that address customer needs
- Welcome customers with a warm and inviting demeanor
- Apply constructive feedback given by Management on how to improve sales and customer service skills
Qualifications and Related Experience:
- Displays above-average communication skills
- Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
- Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
- Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industries
- Motivated by hitting sales targets, deadlines, and achieving goals

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
