Laughlin Associates is looking for 2 competitive and trustworthy Inside Sales Representatives to help us build upon our business activities.
Inside Sales Representatives responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining client satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential clients to present our services and products through email, phone or zoom - we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help Laughlin meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify selling opportunities and evaluate client needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Laughlin products and services
- Maintain reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in seminars or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of G-suite, Outlook and Microsoft software
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (Creatio a plus)
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Pay: $32,697.60 - $105,000.00 per year
