Job Overview:

We are looking for a career-minded Sales Representative to join our growing team. Working out of our Cambridge, Ontario office, the Sales Representative will work closely with both the local team as well as our global program engineering team to ensure exceptional customer service on new and existing programs. Focused on growth with both new and existing customers, our Sale Representative will be versatile, technically minded and solutions oriented with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sales techniques to identify and target potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring detailed sales strategies and objectives.
  • Developing new business, as well as building upon existing relationships, to support our continued growth
  • Provide solutions and support to our customers, developing strong relationships and long term partnerships
  • Solicit new business
  • Acting as a liaison between Bock and the customer, providing excellent customer care
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management and sales skills,
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer support in a manufacturing, business to business environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional and personal manner
  • Technically minded with experience in both injection moulding and tooling
  • A mechanical aptitude that will be essential when dealing with design and product engineers.
  • Post-secondary education in with a focus on Business or Engineering
  • Ability to travel globally
