We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage relationship-building and prospecting to drive sales of new Isuzu trucks, used trucks, parts, and service products to a designated customer base. You’ll work closely with business owners and fleet managers to assess their vehicle needs, provide customized solutions, and manage the sales and leasing process from start to finish.

This position requires a proactive approach to identify new commercial and fleet customers, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will stay in constant communication with customers about vehicle availability, special pricing, and parts and service promotions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping their business vehicles on the road, helping them maximize uptime and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Excellent appearance, verbal and written communication skills
• Prior automotive, commercial truck or outside sales experience
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
• A self-started and motivated individual
• Excellent follow through skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently to achieve personal and company goals
