Job Description
We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager for our Mississauga, Ontario location.
Lead Generation
- Meet your allocated target of database skimming and prospecting on a daily basis.
- Setup daily and weekly appointment for meeting prospective clients
- Network using various methods including but not limited to digital marketing and networking.
- Schedule and conduct 12-20 face to face meetings weekly
- Conduct in person cold calls for lead generation
- Build and strategize target account list
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and prospects.
- Resolve customer service issues and field employee issues quickly and effectively
- Complete all weekly reports timely
- Complete all data entry based on individual activity daily
- Maintain current client relationships while developing new clients
- Identify and work with recruiting sources in your sales territory.
- Develop a database of candidates eligible to be placed for staffing contract both contract and permanent with primary focus on contract staffing.
- Assist onsite team in developing talent/resume pool.
- Enroll consultants for PAP/Training (project and placement) program as required.
Customer Acquisition
- Build rapport with the prospective clients and suspects
- Be able to network and participate in various events.
- Setup initial appointments and complete full cycle sales process.
- Develop and manage sales funnel.
- Developing Leads through relationship and client solicitation:
- Helping new and existing clients get the talent they need
- Being able to organize pre-sales presentations and seminars
- Digging to get a deep understanding client work environment.
- Talking Shop with high level IT professionals
- Make presentations of new offerings
Client Delivery:
- Manage territory both geographically and through sales funnel
- Communicate with Recruiting team pertinent information about clients and prospects
- Work collaboratively with recruiting team to fill job orders
- Keeping clients aware of our many service offerings
- Making sales presentations - face to face, on the telephone, and on the web.
- Steer your client to successful deal closure.
- Develop and manage business plan for your assigned accounts to be successful
Other Work:
- Expanding Team as per requirement
- Account & HR Admin work as per requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
