Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all their IT service needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales management and delivery team to ensure that client requirements are met.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our services and address client pain points.
- Possess a strong understanding of the services and solutions we sell and an ability to position and sell our value proposition and differentiators vis a vis the competition.
- Represent Incepta at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years proven successful track record in sales of systems integration, automation, analytics, AI services and solutions.
- Experience responding to RFPs, proposal writing, presentation preparation and writing of statements of work.
- Previous experience in selling Salesforce (SF) consulting services, with a record of successfully pitching and closing consulting projects within the Salesforce ecosystem would be considered an asset.
- Sales training and experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual/complex selling is required (Miller Heiman, Sandler, FranklinCovey or equivalent training preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
- Bachelor’s in Software Engineering. computer science or equivalent degree.
