Company Overview:
We are a leading glass railing company currently expanding into the U.S. market. Known for our high-quality, innovative products, we serve both residential and commercial sectors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in building material sales to drive our expansion in the United States.

Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales in the U.S. market. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in building materials sales, with a solid understanding of the industry and the U.S. market landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets for growth and profitability in the U.S.
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships within the building materials industry, including contractors, architects, developers, and distributors.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. building materials market.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience specifically in glass railing, fencing, or similar product lines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and certifications in the U.S. market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
