Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a passion for technology and business development. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and effectively negotiating contracts to meet customer needs. This role requires an individual who is comfortable in both outside sales and technical sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in business development and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an outside sales capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$910,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
