Job Description:We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Sales Representative to drive our sales initiatives. This role requires someone with a knack for negotiation, lead generation, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, capable of working independently and with our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through door-to-door sales and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct roof inspections and assess customer needs (full training provided).
- Strategize and negotiate effectively to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling social media content aimed at boosting company visibility and attracting new business.
- Foster professional relationships with clients, navigating communications with insurance companies and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Charismatic and enthusiastic about sales, with a willingness to learn.
- Able to develop physical tasks such as climbing and inspecting roofs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Connecticut.
- Comfortable working in a diverse environment, including reporting to a Latino boss.
- No prior experience in roofing or construction necessary; paid training will be provided.
- No Spanish language skills required.
Compensation:
- No base salary; commission-based earnings on each completed project.
- Bonus for each signed contract with a client.
- Paid training period.
