The Nursing Director Critical Care/Step Down has oversight for nursing care delivery, standards of nursing practices, and objectives. Responsibilities include to organize and manage department, associated cost centers, budgets and services. Strategic planning, development and project management are essential components of rewarding opportunity. The Director will plan, directs and coordinates the activities of the professional and supportive nursing personnel while regulating activities of the nursing units, analyzes and evaluates nursing services provided. The Director will manage resources and provides leadership to accomplish hospital, nursing, and department goal and collaborates with the nursing and medical leadership team.
