Position Details:

Type: Full-time, commission-based (earnings starting at $150,000+)
Role: Outside sales with the majority of appointments pre-set
Territory: South Vancouver Island and Duncan/Nanaimo

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base
Identify and establish connections with potential clients
Develop innovative lead generation strategies to boost sales
Actively network within the community to build brand awareness
Meet with homeowners and builders to understand their needs and accurately measure projects
Set and achieve weekly/monthly sales goals aligned with year-end targets
Collaborate with the admin team to handle sales-related administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales (industry experience is a plus!)
Driver’s License & Vehicle: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required
Project Measurement: Experience in accurately measuring projects
CRM Skills: Experience with Service Titan is a strong asset
Networking Savvy: Ability to connect and build relationships within the community
Organizational Excellence: Highly organized, thorough, and reliable
