About
The Global Revenue Management team is responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Develop and optimize annual credit management strategy and goals
2. Demonstrate big picture thinking and capabilities to scale credit control work through smartly upgrading methodology and partnering with the system team for sustainable solutions
3. Review new clients' credit line applications, credit increase requests and perform credit risk assessments in a timely manner
4. Perform periodic credit line adjustment reviews and carry out credit lines decrease as needed
5. Proactively monitor and evaluate risk on an ongoing basis, anticipating and mitigating potential risks and escalating red flags to key stakeholders and collaborate to quickly address those risks.
6. Perform monthly billing process by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers, including credit note approvals, customer portal uploads, and any other related issues
7. Perform collection, bad debt accrual and write off reviews and work with collection agency/legal department for law suits or external collection efforts
8. Maintain an effective partnership with Sales, Operations and Finance departments, propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development.
9. Respond quickly to any emergency and special cases.
10. Regular AR and Credit reporting to serve clients and business needs.
11. Other credit-related tasks, such as methodology discussion within the global credit control team, cross-functional collaboration on collection matters, credit reporting as needed to serve clients and business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
2. 5 years of experience in corporate collection and credit risk management and familiarity with the digital advertising industry.
3. Sound judgement in complex financial situations and sharp professional sense in identifying financial risks and non-compliance.
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced and diversified environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
6. Good analytical skills and logical thinking ability, great sense of responsibility, good work habits, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
1. People management experience preferred.
2. Ideal candidates would have prior experience with high risk clients and advertising agencies.
