As the Head of Operations at dot.cards, your role demands both strategic oversight and a hands-on approach as we continue to grow. You'll architect and refine our operations across finance, sales, and logistics for peak efficiency. Your work, closely aligned with our Founder and CEO, will be crucial in directing the company's strategic path while emphasizing operational excellence. Your focus will be deeply operational, actively shaping processes and mentoring our team for scalable growth. This position is about directly tackling diverse challenges and laying the groundwork for dot.cards' future success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion diverse operational tasks in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Build and refine direct reporting frameworks to enhance communication and efficiency.
• Lead in financial planning and projections, steering the company towards its fiscal goals.
• Manage overseas logistics and product sourcing for seamless global operations.
• Drive initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Day-to-Day:

• Refine and enhance reporting frameworks to track and measure departmental outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software and hardware product delivery.
• Engage in hands-on management of global operations.
• Foster partnerships and a customer success ethos for high-value relationships.
• Make informed, data-driven decisions, crucial for future planning, financial projections, and organizational scalability.
