Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with equipment schematics, looking up parts, and providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clients receive the correct parts for their machinery, helping them maintain productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their equipment based on schematics and technical drawings.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding part availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory, including newly added and discontinued items.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure accurate identification of parts needed for repairs.
- Provide customers with clear and accurate information on part specifications, compatibility, and applications.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering replacement parts as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction by addressing their parts needs effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,629.00 - $86,744.00 per year
