If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a sales organization and need someone to invest in your skill set - you've come to the right place. Here at Uqual we welcome both new and tenured sales associates!

Pay: Starting at $18/hour with minimum guaranteed bonus of $2,000 per month for months 1-6. Then $18/ hour with minimum guaranteed bonus of $1,000 per month after month 6 and onward. Any bonus that exceeds these monthly bonus guarantees will be paid out.
Average annual earnings are anywhere from $70,000 - $80,000, with our top performers making over $100,000 per year.

In office position located in Westminster, CO off I25 and 120th (fully remote applicants will not be considered)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Are you a fast talker? Do you like striking up conversations with everyone that you meet? Do you have sales skills? If you answered yes, come use that confidence and big personality to make you some money!
Your Role:
Our team is responsible for building client relationships and feeding the pipeline. To be successful in this role you must have confidence, be convincing, and be willing to ask for the sale at the risk of hearing “no” . It is key to make your clients feel comfortable over the phone while also being able to close the deal. Our robust training program will ensure that you are a loan readiness expert and can properly educate our clients on why they should partner with Uqual.
Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling new business/client leads
  • Revisiting older books of business to try and bring them back to Uqual
  • Discuss value added of our program and how we can benefit our clients to get them more business
  • Make/receive in and outbound calls to connect with clients and uphold their business
  • Educate our clients on our business model and how we can help them achieve loan readiness
  • Generate additional business through referrals from customers you have helped
  • Maintain relationships through regular contact via telephone

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and ten panel drug screen (Colorado Friendly)
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
  • Strong computer skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Westminster, CO 80234: Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
