Job Description
Wholesale Building Products is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative for our Hollywood location. In addition to utilizing proven sales techniques, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in lumber and building product knowledge and technologically proficient. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Outside Sales Representative Hours & Benefits:
- FT Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Outside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming sales calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery
- Coordinate with dispatch to schedule deliveries efficiently
- Keep customers updated on order status and provide product details
- Process customer orders and handle payment transactions
- Maintain organized sales materials and literature
- File customer orders and prepare inventory of stock
- Organize product specification sheets and maintain documentation
- Perform other duties as required, within education and experience
Outside Sales Representative Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to meet people in a face to face environment and have great interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in the building materials industry
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional computer and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
