Job Description

Advanced Basement Waterproofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a sales position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As a Sales Representative with Advanced Basement Waterproofing, you will be entering homeowners homes and basements in order to provide solutions to their home's needs. You will speak with the customer's face to face and explain what services need to be done in order to solve their issues.

Duties:
- Traveling to estimates Mon-Fri
- Following up on your estimates
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
- Communicate with your clients

- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction

- Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify customer needs
- Construction sales experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Expert in time management and personal organization

Knowledge:

Masonry - Preferred

Waterproofing - Preferred

Mold - Preferred

2 Years Sales Experience - Required

Valid Driver's License - Required

Fully Operating Vehicle - Required

High School Diploma - Preferred

PAY: Commission

Travel: Approximately up to a 30 mile radius from the Office.
