Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transportation Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the transportation and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify potential clients in need of transportation and logistics solutions.
- Present and promote our transportation services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or freight industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or Bachelors preferred.
- Spanish is a must.
