Job Title: In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: 9639 Scarsdale Blvd Ste 101, Pearland, TX 77581

Job Opportunity: This is an In-OfficeLicensed Insurance Sales Agent role with a base pay from $38k to $40k annually.

Total Compensation:$60k to $80k annually with top producers earning over $100k + annually.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (CST) 1 Saturday for 3 hours a month

Responsibilities:Included but not limited to:

• Outbound and inbound sales communication
• Composing emails and text messages
• Offering additional products to existing customers
• Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
• Participating in professional development and training

Requirements:

• 1+ of years Sales Experience
• Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
• Ability to obtain non-resident licenses
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A drive for success

• Previous experience in a Captive Agency (Allstate)
