Okay, so who are we?
At GreenCore Environmental, we are paving the way toward a new, eco-conscious approach to pest control. We came onto the scene in 2023, flying out of the gate and eager to make a name for ourselves. And we did. We opened our second location just 5 months after forming our company.
And now we're looking for more growth. That's where you come in.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through inside & outside sales approaches.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Utilize our CRM or other software tools for tracking sales activities and managing leads.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to align strategies and share insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Skills
- HUNGRY. No experience? No problem. If you're eager to learn and willing to put in the effort, there's no way you won't succeed here.
- No fear of rejection.
- Ability to spark conversations with anybody.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy (or at least able to use a tablet)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Pay: $67,540.00 - $108,843.00 per year
